Steel is non-combustible. Our container units are built from heavy-gauge steel — the same material used to ship goods across oceans. There's no wood framing, no insulation batting, no drywall. The walls, floor, and ceiling are all steel. Nothing in the unit construction can catch fire.
This matters when you're storing irreplaceable items — family heirlooms, business records, electronics, and fine furniture. Most self-storage buildings use light-gauge metal cladding over a combustible frame. Our containers are solid steel throughout, giving you a meaningfully higher level of fire protection.
Container Unit Sizes
Available container sizes are 8×10, 8×20, and 8×40. All are ground-level, individually lockable steel containers with heavy-duty swing cargo doors.
